Profitable for All Things

As we kick off another ministry year of teaching and growing at Anchor Bible Church, we discover some potent reminders in God’s Word about how we are to live, and what we should prioritize in our lives. First Timothy 4:7-8 helps us assess if worldly thinking and motivations need to be abandoned, while encouraging us to make godliness our focus. As we study, we’ll learn what godliness is and why it is of such benefit to us.
