In any family, some members are like steady cruise ships, while others resemble roller coasters emotionally. Our feelings are influenced by others and, in turn, influence those around us. Some believe Christians should suppress emotions and focus solely on facts. However, in mental health, emotions are a significant part of the overall picture.
